Raymond J. De Hont, Chairman and CEO of Met- Pro Corp announced that effective February 1, 2010, the Company has consolidated its Duall, Flex-Kleen and Met-Pro Systems business units into a single business unit, Met-Pro Environmental Air Solutions, which will remain a part of Met-Pro’s Product Recovery/Pollution Control Technologies platform.
Frank Reiner has been named incoming president of The Chlorine Institute, Inc. a trade association that supports the chlor-alkali industry and serves the public by fostering continuous safety improvements in the production, distribution and use of chlorine and related chemicals.

December 2009"> The Board of Directors of Industrial Scientific Corp. has elected Justin McElhattan as President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1st, 2010. McElhattan has served as President and Chief Operating Office® since February 2008. McElhatten holds a BS degree in Environmental Science from Penn State University and earned a MBA with a concentration in operations from Carnegie Mellon University in 2005. Tom Cunningham also joined Industrial Scientific Corp. as Vice- President of Global Operations.


Brent Hillier is to become head of the US Siemens Water Technologies business.


Terry L. Duperon, the founder of the Duperon Corporation, the inventor of FlexRake® technology and the President/CEO of the company for the last 25 years will assume the position of Chairman of the Board on January 1, 2010. At that time, Tammy L. (Duperon) Bernier, current Duperon® Vice President, COO will become President/CEO of the Corporation.
